Community will be renamed The Cottages of Perry Hall – A Charter Senior Living Community
Chicago, Il. – Charter Senior Living, one of the nation’s leading senior living management firms, is pleased to announce it has been selected by Birchwood Healthcare Properties to manage Quail Run Assisted Living located in Parkville, Md. The community will be renamed to be The Cottages of Perry Hall – A Charter Senior Living Community. This management acquisition grows the Charter portfolio to 13 senior living communities across eight states.

Located just outside of Baltimore, The Cottages of Perry Hall is an assisted living and memory care community with a total of 64 individual apartments. Built-in 2002 to provide the community premier assisted living and memory care services, The Cottages of Perry Hall provides residents with private suites with private bathrooms among four quaint cottages, each with 16 suites. One cottage is dedicated to memory care residents with cases of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or Huntington’s disease.
Charter Senior Living plans to infuse more than $1 million in a phased renovation of the community.
